General questions
Who can attend FurGroove events?
Our events are intended for adults aged 18 and over. Everyone who respects the community and our Code of Conduct is welcome.
Do I have to wear a fursuit?
No. Fursuits are always welcome, but never required. Join in whatever makes you feel comfortable.
What should I do if I lose something?
We document and take pictures of all items found after the event. You can find them here: https://tools.furgroove.club/lost-found
Can I bring a friend?
Of course. Please make sure every attendee has their own valid ticket and follows the event rules.
How can I get involved?

Who can attend FurGroove events?

Where can I buy tickets?
You can buy most tickets in our own ticket shop. If the tickets are sold via another shop or party we will link to the correct one on the event page.
Can I bring a friend?
Of course. Please make sure every attendee has their own valid ticket and follows the event rules.
Can I buy tickets at the door?
For the parties you can! If it is an activity we normally can’t do that cause we need to reserve ahead of time.
Can I just come and go with my ticket?
That depends on the event! For the parties: please talk with a member of our crew before leaving the party. Otherwise we cannot guarantee you will be allowed back in. For other events: That totally depends on the event and location rules.
Do I need a ticket to enter?
Yes, be it a ticket for a free event or paid party, make sure you get a ticket so we know how many people are joining us.
Can I get a refund if I can’t attend?
We do not give refunds for tickets. However, you are free to sell your ticket to someone else.
Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?
Yes! Please contact us with the details of who you want the ticket ransfered to, so we can change it on the ticket details. You can contact us through DM to our information channel on Telegram or sent an e-mail to info@furgroove.club. We will come back to you as soon as possible.
